It’s time for the Next Education Workforce
Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and The School Superintendents Association (AASA)
What if we don’t have a teacher shortage, but instead, a shortage of people who want to teach?

Superintendents Association (AASA) through its Learning 2025 Network (aasacentral.org/learning2025) and Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College (MLFTC) have teamed up to help school systems build the Next Education Workforce (workforce.education.asu.edu). Below, we lay out the challenge, the opportunity and the next steps.
